Clinic Description

We have an exciting opportunity for LFSA players to participate in a 7-week Pitching Clinic with Sara Moulton. Thanks to fundraising efforts, we are able to keep the player costs low for these clinics while offering the best instruction around! The clinic will be broken into two levels:

Beginner (5:00-6:00 pm) - $50.00 for 7 weeks
This level will offer fundamental skills for those that are just learning to pitch or have been pitching for one year or less. This clinic will focus on warmup progression, arm movement, powerline and fastball mechanics.

Beginner (6:00-7:00 pm) - $50.00 for 7 weeks
This level will offer fundamental skills for those that are just learning to pitch or have been pitching for one year or less. This clinic will focus on warmup progression, arm movement, powerline and fastball mechanics.

Intermediate (7:00-8:00 pm) - $75.00 for 7 weeks
This level will offer intermediate to advanced skills for those that have pitched for at least one year and have the ability to consistently throw strikes. This clinic will focus on fastball mechanics to gain speed and power, moving the ball around in the zone, perfecting an off-speed pitch and learning to increase spin and movement for future pitches.

The dates of the clinic are Sundays: 8/4, 8/11, 8/18, 8/25, 9/8, 9/15 and 9/22. All clinics will be held at Kenwood Trail Middle School. Players must bring their own catcher. Open to LFSA players ONLY.
