Welcome to the 2019 Summer Traveling Registration!
This registration will allow you to provide contact information, sign consents and submit payment. Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account information available. PLEASE NOTE: During registration, a non-refundable processing fee will be charged per online transaction. We do not accept offline payments.
No refunds will be provided once teams are posted. However, once teams are posted, if a player is medically unable to play for the season or the player moves to a different town, LFSA will consider granting a refund. Note: if a player has a pre-existing medical condition or injury which is known at tryouts, no refund will be granted. The amount of any refund will be determined solely by the LFSA board. Please submit requests for refunds to the LFSA general email at email@example.com.
The registering Player MUST be a resident of the City of Lakeville and/or Independent School District 194 to play for LFSA. Exceptions may be made by Board approval only for Players in small communities around Lakeville not offering Traveling Softball.

All traveling players must participate in tryouts.
The 2019 Summer Tryouts will be held on Friday, February 15th in the Dundas Dome located at 901 Cannon Road, Dundas, MN 55019. The general tryout schedule is below and is subject to change. Players interested in pitching or catching will be required to participate in an additional tryout date on Saturday, February 23rd between 1-3 PM.
